Well Woman Exam
Complete Clinical Exam – Full Physical, Breast & Pelvic
Step into the exam room for a slow, thorough, by-the-book workup. Detailed history first - last period, sexual activity, pregnancy risk, prior Paps, any symptoms - then vitals, ENT, heart and lungs.
Breast exam standing and supine, careful palpation into the axilla and gentle nipple compression on both sides. Abdominal check. Feet in the stirrups. External inspection, rectal visual, warm speculum with cervical sampling, bimanual exam, and a full rectovaginal exam with one finger in each.
Calm, clinical, methodical, and complete. Nothing rushed. Everything recorded. Everything normal.
